That Alien X here is incomplete/glitched form because Ben achieved this form by breaking his omnitrix. As well as this, Reboot Ben when he transforms into aliens, his human DNA is infused with alien DNA, therefore all his aliens are weaker, this is the same for Alien X. The reboot omnitrix prevents Ben from fully turning into an alien. This was stated by Duncan Rouleau. This means that if present RB Ben was to turn into Alien X, he wouldn't have to deal with Belicus and Serena, but he'd be weaker than UAF/OV Alien X.
